Workshop Exhibitor Application Guidelines
- This project is being implemented using the "Nighttime Tourism Promotion Grant" from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Tourism Foundation.
1. Event Overview
- ■the purpose:A walking event aimed at revitalizing the local community.(Hikarigaoka Fureai no Michi (Path of Interaction in Hikarigaoka) and Shiki no Kaori Rose Garden are collaborating.)
■Event Name:Hawaiian Christmas Market 2026 in Hikarigaoka
■Date and time:December 12th (Saturday) and 13th (Sunday), 2026, 17:00 to 21:00
■Organizer:J-City Co., Ltd.(Hotel Cadenza Tokyo)
■Co-implementers:Nerima City Industrial Promotion Corporation (General Incorporated Association)
■Venue:J.CITY Atrium (indoors) and public open space(5-8 Takamatsu, Nerima City, Tokyo Metropolis / Adjacent to Hotel Cadenza Tokyo)
■Estimated number of visitors:1,500 people over 2 days
2. Recruitment details
- We are looking for workshops that fit the event's atmosphere, such as those themed around "Christmas" or "Hawaiian."
3. Booth fee

- 【Up to 8 participants per section】10,000 yen(Tax included)/ 2 days
*As a general rule, you will be required to participate for two days.
4. Store Opening Conditions
- This program is for businesses that meet all of the following conditions.
·The content must have a Christmas or Hawaiian theme.
·The company must have obtained all necessary licenses and permits for sales. (If necessary)
·In principle, each vendor is responsible for providing their own necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
·Please contact us in advance if you require a power supply or other equipment.
·For safety reasons, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
·The content must be safe for participants to experience.
·You must be able to attend the exhibitor orientation session (scheduled for mid-November). (Online participation is available.)
·Please cooperate in ensuring safe operation by following the instructions of the organizers and venue staff.
5. Application Period
- September 1st (Tuesday), 2026 - September 20th, 2026(Sunday)
6. How to apply
- Please apply through the dedicated application form on Hotel Cadenza Tokyo Official website.
We will make a selection based on the application content, and the results will be announced.**Early October 2026(Schedule)**We will contact you by email.
*If there are many applications, the organizers will select participants based on factors such as the content of the products being sold, their relevance to the event theme, and the overall balance of the exhibits.
[Payment of stall fee]
After your application is approved, please transfer the payment to the designated account by the specified date (scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026).The bank transfer fee will be borne by the vendor.
7. Loading in and loading out
- Details regarding loading/unloading times, booth location, etc., will be provided after your participation is confirmed.
Desks and chairs are available for free loan.
8. Precautions
- ·The organizers cannot be held responsible for any issues related to product management, theft, damage, etc., that may occur during the event.
·We reserve the right to refuse participation from vendors whose products are inconsistent with the purpose of the event or whose sales activities violate public order and morals.
·If a vendor cancels their participation after their application has been approved, the vendor fee will not be refunded.
·The event will proceed even in light rain or light snow.
·In the event of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the organizers or due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.
·Please prepare your own cold weather gear.
