  • ■Information on Musashino birthday celebrations■
    We offer a red Chan-chanko and hat set for those celebrating their 60th birthday, a purple set for those celebrating their 70th, 77th, 80th and 90th birthdays, and a yellow set for those celebrating their 88th birthday.
    Please use it for commemorative photos.
    Additionally, groups ordering a kaiseki course meal costing 8,000 yen or more will receive a complimentary dish of braised sea bream head from our head chef.

  • Head Chef: Yuji Takahashi

    【Career】
    Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1980.In 1998, he started his career as a chef at the Japanese restaurant "Kuruma-ya."
    He then joined Daiichi Hotel Hikarigaoka (now Hotel Cadenza Tokyo) in 2001 and honed his skills at Musashino Japanese Restaurant.In 2011, he gained further experience at Kotobuki in Kudanshita, and in 2013 he returned to Musashino Japanese Cuisine, where he worked as an assistant to the chief chef.
    In June 2025, he became head chef.
