About accommodation taxIn accordance with Tokyo Metropolitan Government regulations, the following accommodation tax will be collected on-site at check-out, per person per night.

【15,000 yen or more】200 JPY

Regarding accommodation for minorsIf guests are under 18 years old or high school age or younger, we require a consent form from their parent or guardian.

    ·Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you leave your room for outings or other reasons.
    ·When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in direct sunlight near a window or on flammable materials such as beds or sheets.
    ·To prevent any potential problems, please ensure that you use the product in a location where you can always check its condition yourself.
    If the above situation is observed during room cleaning while you are staying, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it to ensure your safety.Please understand.
