*This plan is available for online purchase only.
*Depending on the dates, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government accommodation tax may apply.Please pay at the front desk.
*We will give you tickets for two people on the check-out day.(We do not accept advance mailings or other similar requests.)
*This plan is only available for "adult tickets".We do not offer tickets for junior high school students, children, or accommodation plan for guests sharing a bed.
*Please note that tickets will be registered under the name of the guest, so be careful when a parent purchases them.
*Payment is accepted only via advance payment (online credit card payment).
*Cancellation policy:plan plan does not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds for any reason related to the customer after 22 days prior to the reservation date.Please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other dates.
*Reselling tickets is prohibited.Also, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
*Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.
*Tickets are limited.Sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been sold.

■Customers arriving by car
*If you use the hotel parking lot, we will provide you with a 22-hour parking voucher.(If you stay for more than 22 hours, please pay 300 yen per hour at the parking gate.)
*Customers using the Studio Tour Tokyo parking lot must make their own advance parking reservation (for a fee).
