    【Career】
    Born in Wuhan, China in 1960, he came to Japan in 1987.
    After working as chief chef at Chinese Cuisine Chuo Hanten, he joined Dai-ichi Hotel Hikarigaoka.
    In 2004, he became the chief chef of the hotel's Chinese Cuisine, Hakurakuten.
    He served as the technical committee chairman of Ikebukuro Sub-City Center Branch of the Japan Chinese Cuisine Association and received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award in November 2017.
