Hoping to contribute to the revitalization of the local economy and the development of the local community, the Daiichi Hotel Hikarigaoka (at the time) opened in 1994 as part of a redevelopment complex, following the partial opening of Oedo Line (between Hikarigaoka Station and Nerima Station).
I've heard that local governments and economic organizations have also requested that hotels be attracted to the area.Since then, we have focused on the local community and operated our hotel with the aim of being a "hotel open to the community."
The recognition of our long-standing community activities, and the awarding of the Japan Hotel Association Chairman's Award for Excellence in 2025, has given us an opportunity to reaffirm our role as a hotel and our future direction, and has been a great encouragement to us.

We will continue to cherish our connections with the local community and strive to be a trusted hotel that serves as an essential part of the local infrastructure.Furthermore, while Nerima is often perceived as a commuter town, we also hope to become a hub for regional revitalization through collaboration with other businesses.
We want to work together to keep this hotel going, so that it can become a vibrant and welcoming local hotel that attracts not only local residents but also business travelers and tourists from other parts of Japan and overseas.

J.CITY Co., Ltd. primarily operates Hotel Cadenza Tokyo at J.CITY, a landmark complex in northern Nerima Ward, Tokyo. It also handles the overall building management of J.CITY (including the hotel, office, and sports buildings), including the rental of underground parking spaces.
Hotel Cadenza Tokyo is a leading comprehensive hotel in the region, boasting 91 guest rooms, a 560m² ballroom (one of the largest in the area), various banquet and conference rooms, a wedding venue (Shinto shrine and chapel), a photography studio, a beauty salon, and its own Japanese, Western, and Chinese restaurants, a café lounge, and a bakery shop that manufactures and sells cakes and bread.
