Casting Call Guidelines

This project is being implemented using the "Nighttime Tourism Promotion Grant" from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Tourism Foundation.

■the purpose:A walking event aimed at revitalizing the local community.(Hikarigaoka Fureai no Michi (Path of Interaction in Hikarigaoka) and Shiki no Kaori Rose Garden are collaborating.)
■Event Name:Hawaiian Christmas Market 2026 in Hikarigaoka
■Date and time:December 12th (Saturday) and 13th (Sunday), 2026, 17:00 to 21:00
■Organizer:J-City Co., Ltd.(Hotel Cadenza Tokyo)
■Co-implementers:Nerima City Industrial Promotion Corporation (General Incorporated Association)
■Venue:J.CITY Atrium (indoors) and public open space(5-8 Takamatsu, Nerima City, Tokyo Metropolis / Adjacent to Hotel Cadenza Tokyo)
■Estimated number of visitors:1,500 people over 2 days

We are looking for stage performers to add color to our event, which will be themed around "Hawaiian."
We welcome applications from groups and individuals who can present performances themed around the tropics, such as hula dancing and Hawaiian music, to entertain our guests.

• Tahitian dance
• Hawaiian music
• Ukulele playing
• Other stages suitable for the event theme
*Depending on the nature of your appearance, we may need to discuss it with you.

■Participation fee:5,000 JPY(Tax included)/Groups and Teams
■Performance time:15 minutes(Including entry and exit)
■Number of participants:Up to 10 people per group
■Stage size:5.2m wide x 3.5m deep
■Other:Up to 2 slots per organization

This program is for organizations and individuals that meet all of the following conditions.
• You must agree with the purpose of the event.
• You must be able to attend the cast briefing session (scheduled for mid-November; online participation is possible).
• You agree to follow the instructions of the organizers and venue staff and cooperate in ensuring a safe event.
• Please be sure to adhere to your scheduled performance time.
• You agree to allow us to use photos and videos of your appearance on our website, social media, printed materials, and other promotional media.

September 1st (Tuesday), 2026 - September 20th, 2026(Sunday)

Please apply through the dedicated application form on Hotel Cadenza Tokyo Official website.
We will make a selection based on the application content, and the results will be announced.**Early October 2026(Schedule)**We will contact you by email.
*If there are many applications, the organizers will select entries based on factors such as the content, compatibility with the event theme, and overall balance.

After your participation is confirmed, please transfer the payment to the designated account by the specified date (scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026).The bank transfer fees will be borne by the performers.

• Meeting time and performance time will be announced after your participation is confirmed.
• A waiting room (changing room) will be provided.
• If you are using audio files, please submit the data by the specified date.
• Please provide your own instruments, props, etc.
• Quick costume changes are not permitted.

• The event may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.
• In the event of a cancellation due to the performer's circumstances, we will not be able to refund the participation fee.
• Please manage your valuables and other belongings at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation in performances that contain content that violates public order and morals or is inconsistent with the purpose of the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse the use of any performances or equipment that they deem dangerous.
• The event will proceed even in light rain or light snow.
• In the event of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the organizers or due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued.
• Please prepare your own cold weather gear.
